A menu listing the same dishes day after day will never be found here at ‘die Giesserei’. The reason is simple: production line food simply does not belong in our restaurant!  The philosophy of our chef and his culinary team is that of another. 3 x 3 guarantees you, our dear guests, market fresh and delicate ingredients every single day. 3 x 3 stands for 3 starters, 3 main courses (1 x Meat dish, 1 x seafood dish, and 1 x vegetarian dish), and 3 choices of dessert. We serve you only the best seasonal produce - delicious and creative. The mix is truly international, including Mediterranean, Asian, and Swiss dishes. For example: grilled tuna with Thai vinaigrette, wasabi mashed potatoes and Bok choy vegetables.  Or red wine-pear risotto with a saffron and parmesan mousse. Also enjoy white veal with truffle and potato gnocchi.

Incidentally, the gastronomy guide, "Zurich geht aus" wrote with praise: " The Thai crayfish is absolutely stunning! " What would your opinion be? Try it yourself!

Our dining hours of operation begin daily at 10:00 am for lunch, and 15.00 for dinner (M-F).
